Endemol and Zetes Industries S.A. are Euronext’s 58th & 59th listings in 2005 and respectively the 4th on Euronext Amsterdam and the 8th on Euronext Brussels. Since January, new listings on Euronext markets have raised EUR 16 billion and added EUR 100 billion to market capitalization.
Endemol’s IPO consisting of a total of 27.9 million shares raised EUR 265.5 million. Based on the price set for the opening - EUR 9.50 per share - the market capitalization of the company is EUR 1.1 billion.
Zetes Industries S.A.’s IPO consisting of a total offering of 2.7 million shares raised EUR 61 million. Based on the price set for the opening – EUR 23 per share – the market capitalization of the company reached EUR 123 million.
