Duffy will serve a second one-year term as Vice Chairman, effective at the CBOE's first board meeting in January, 2002.

A CBOE member since 1985, Duffy is a general partner of Cornerstone Partners, a trading firm with thirty market makers and brokers on the CBOE trading floor. In addition, he is managing general partner of Fugue, a CBOE member organization, and is also general partner of Isomorphism, a lessor organization.
Mr. Duffy is also beginning the second year of his third term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Exchange and serves on several other CBOE committees.
