The Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) today admitted Elecnor’s first issue of Commercial Paper, with a value of €15 million and maturity of one year, charged to the issues Programme registered with this market by the company, worth €100 million.
Banca March, a Registered Adviser on MARF, is acting as “Sole Lead Arranger” for the Commercial Paper Programme and has been responsible for the design, structure and sale of these instruments among its own institutional and qualified clients.
"We welcome the first issue of commercial paper by Elecnor, which marks the start of this new short-term initiative for companies and shows the flexibility that characterises MARF - both in terms of issuers and instruments - in finding financial resources among institutional investors", said Gonzalo Gómez Retuerto, managing director of MARF.
