MARF Admits To Trading An Issue By Ortiz For €50 Million - Through 5-Year Unsecured Bonds

The Mercado Alternativo de Renta Fija (MARF) admitted an issue of unsecured bonds by Ortiz, with a value of €50 million.

The maturity is 5 years and the nominal amount per unit is €100,000, with an interest rate of 7%.

Banco Sabadell and Bankia are acting as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners and Espiritu Santo, Renta Markets, JB Capital Markets and KNG Securities as Co-Lead Managers.

The issue is geared to qualified Spanish and international investors and has received a BB- rating, with stable perspective, by Scope Corporation and BBE with positive perspective by Axesor Ratings.

Ortiz is a company created in 1961 and today is a group with international presence and diversified business lines, such as construction of civil infrastructure works, restoration and engineering; energy; services and integral infrastructure maintenance and waste disposal services; operator of infrastructure and energy concessions; rental of government-promoted properties, offices and commercial premises.
