BME’s fixed-income market, MARF, has admitted to trading a new commercial paper program from Seresco, for an amount of 20 million euros. With this program, the company will be able to issue commercial paper with maturities between three days and twenty-four months, with a unit face value of 100,000 euros.
Renta 4 Banco is the placing entity and paying agent for the program.
With this commercial paper program, which provides Seresco with greater flexibility in its sources of financing, it thus strengthens its financial capacity to undertake the objectives of its 2026–2028 Strategic Plan.
Seresco, which has been listed on BME Growth since December 2022, is a company founded in 1969 that provides technological solutions to companies, with a model based on recurrence, specialization, and long-term trust. Its offering focuses on areas essential for companies such as payroll, business management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and geoinformation.
In 2025, Seresco reached consolidated revenue of 56.3 million euros and an adjusted EBITDA of more than 10 million euros.
With Seresco, there are now six listed companies on BME’s growth markets that have also accessed the MARF to diversify their sources of financing and expand their growth plans.
MARF has 160 national and international issuing companies. As of the end of June, the outstanding balance in commercial paper programs was 6.208 billion, which represents an increase of 17.3% compared to the end of the previous financial year. There are 82 active commercial paper programs for companies and securitized commercial paper on this BME market, based on data as of the end of June.
