Marex Spectron Appoints Thomas Wilson As Managing Director Of Marex Financial Suisse

Marex Spectron today announces the appointment of Thomas Wilson as Managing Director of Marex Financial Suisse, subject to FINMA approval.
 
Thomas will lead Marex Spectron’s strategy to expand its client base to cover Swiss based hedge funds and other financial institutions as part of its drive to build a global foot-print.

Thomas joins Marex Spectron from Klesch & Company in Geneva where he was a Managing Director responsible for management of its commodity portfolios, focusing on base metals, alumina, power and its derivatives freight and foreign exchange.

He was previously a Managing Director of Natixis Commodity Markets, and has also worked for Mitsui Bussan Commodities, Sempra Metals, AIG International and Goldman Sachs. Thomas is also a former director of the LME.
