Management of Human Xtensions opened trading this morning on the occasion of the shares listing on TASE.
Human Xtensions will be included in TASE's Biomed Sector that currently comprises 33 companies with a total market cap of NIS 80 billion. Human Xtensions will be the second largest of the 8 medical devices companies listed on TASE.
Human Xtensions has developed a modular handheld surgical system for minimally invasive procedures.
The company raised NIS 159 million in a “book building" offering to institutional investors, based on a company market cap of NIS 585 million.
At the beginning of February 2021, the company shares will join the SME-60, SME-150, Tech-Elite, Global BlueTech, TA-Biomed and TA-Industrials indices.
