This morning the management of Electra Real Estate opened trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on the occasion of its joining the TASE's leading indices, TA-90 and TA-125, on August 4, 2019.
Electra Real Estate Group has been operating in the real estate sector in Israel and overseas since 1994. The Group is engaged in the location, acquisition, management, renting and improving of real estate complexes. To date, through real estate investment funds, it holds 81 properties in the United States with some 28 thousand residential units.
In August 2005, the Company was listed on TASE and today has a market value of close to NIS 1.2 billion.
