Management Changes At Oslo Børs

Henning Dokset (36) is to succeed Håvard S. Abrahamsen as Senior Vice President responsible for the Equity Markets Department at Oslo Børs with effect from 1 September 2002. Mr Dokset will also replace Mr Abrahamsen as a member of the senior management group from the same date.

Mr Dokset is currently the Managing Director of Oslo Børs Informasjon AS (OBI), a subsidiary of Oslo Børs, and has been with OBI for 4 years. Oddleif Hatlem (36) will succeed Mr Dokset as Managing Director of OBI. Mr Hatlem is currently responsible for the Oslo Børs Institute.

Håvard S. Abrahamsen has accepted an invitation to join PricewaterhouseCoopers this autumn as a partner following a period of 8.5 years with Oslo Børs.
