Mr. Bebié was responsible for building up the Exchange operations of SWX and was its manager until 30 April 2000. Prior to that, he had been active in the securities arena for roughly 15 years. Among other things, he played a decisive role in the establishment of what was then the SOFFEX department at UBS, before becoming involved in 1994 in the EBS project of the Swiss Exchange.
The London office represents SWX in Great Britain and serves as a "single point of contact" for current and future participants located in the region.
