Malaysia Securities Commission Approves Tokyo Grain Exchange’s Markets

In Malaysia, the Minister of the Securities Commission makes orders to specify foreign exchanges and approved classes of futures contracts which are allowed to be traded in accordance with the Laws of Malaysia, Futures Industry Act 1993 (Act 499).

The Tokyo Grain Exchange, having made a request to the of Malaysian regulatory authorities for approval of all of its listed contracts, received approval to this effect on February 10, 2006.
