Malayan Banking Berhad To List Yen-Denominated Foreign Bond On TOKYO PRO-BOND Market With Value Of JPY 20 Billion

Today, Tokyo Stock Exchange approved a yen-denominated bond with a total value of JPY 20 billion (Fixed-interest corporate bond) from Malayan Banking Berhad (http://www.maybank.com/en/investor-relations.page) for listing on the professional-oriented TOKYO PRO-BOND Market.

Malayan Banking Berhad has listed program information for 1 year following May 1, 2014 with an issuance limit of USD 5.0 billion. This listing will be the second series of individual bonds in the program. The lead underwriters of this bond are Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Mizuho Securities Asia Limited. The bond will be issued on August 21, 2014, and listed on the next business day, August 22.
