Macedonian Stock Exchange 1st Quarter Report

In the 1st quarter of 2003, total market capitalization was US$ 248 million. The number of transactions reached 4,054. Memorandums of understanding were signed with the Belgrade Stock Exchange and the Thessaloniki Stock Exchange Center. The second issue of the denationalization bonds, by the Republic of Macedonia, are listed on the Official Market with a total nominal value of US$ 40.88 million. The 7th anniversary of the MSE Roundtable on "Improvement of the securities market in the Republic of Macedonia" was organized.
