The MAB today welcomed CARBURES to its segment for growth companies. It is the nineteenth company to list on this market.
Jesús González Nieto, Vice Chairman of MAB, said: “It is with great satisfaction that MAB welcomes CARBURES to the market. The company brings a new sector to the market, the design and manufacturing of carbon fibre components for the aeronautic and automotive industries CARBURES plans to use the funds raised through the listing to expand internationally, as is the case with a large number of the companies that choose to list on this market”.
“In MAB, we consider it necessary to increase tax incentives for investors in this type of companies, which is what we demand from the authorities. As has been proved in other countries with similar markets, investment tax incentives are very appropriate mechanisms to facilitate the access of SMEs to equity financing”, stated Antonio Giralt, Chairman of MAB.
