The Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) today welcomed Bioorganic Research and Services, S.A. (Bionaturis) to its segment for Growth Companies. It is the eighteenth company to list on this market.
Jesús González Nieto, Vice Chairman of MAB, said: “It is with great satisfaction that MAB welcomes Bionaturis to the market. In an increasingly competitive business environment and given the current credit constraints, the access to financing through MAB is also made available to very small businesses with a high growth potential through innovative projects, such as Bionaturis”.
“In order to further develop and boost this financing vehicle for SMEs, it is necessary for the public administrations to take decisive action, by offering attractive tax incentives for investors in specialised vehicles or directly in this type of companies”, stated Antonio Giralt, Chairman of MAB.
