BME: Grupo Ortiz Properties SOCIMI Receives Favourable Report From MAB

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on GRUPO ORTIZ PROPERTIES SOCIMI, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market’s Growth Companies segment following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.

The listing requires prior approval by the Board of Directors of MAB.

The company’s ticker symbol will be YGOP and it will be traded through the “price fixing” system. Deloitte is the Registered Advisor while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.

Based on the appraisal report by independent expert Gesvalt Sociedad de Tasación, the reference value set by the company's Board of Directors for each of the shares is €15.01, which brings its overall valuation to €74.3 million.
