The Board of Directors of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) have agreed the appointment of DC Advisory Partners Asesores as a Registered Adviser in the MAB for growth companies and its registration on the Advisers Register. With this incorporation the total number of Registered Advisers on MAB stands at 27.
DC Advisory Partners is an investment bank that is part of the Daiwa Capital Markets group that specialises in financial advice to companies and private investors in such areas as mergers and acquisitions, public share offerings, refinancing and debt restructuring. DCAP operates in the main European, Asian and US markets and employs over 200 practitioners, who have expert knowledge in investment banking and specialise in different sectors.
The role of the Registered Advisers is key to the future development of the market as all companies must rely on a Registered Adviser, who will assess the eligibility of candidate companies to list on the Market and will assist them to produce the information required at anytime.
