London Stock Exchange Partition 1 & 2 Open Delay - Longest Outage Since 2011

A technical glitch delayed the start of trading today on the London Stock Exchange.  LSE’s partition 1 and 2 (FTSE 100 FTSE 250 and IOB instruments) open wasdelayed. Partition 3 operated as normal. 

The "technical software issue" delayed the opening of trading until 09:40. Instruments on partition 1 and 2 will resume in an opening auction call at 09:20 and uncrosed at 09:40.
