SEG announces it has purchased the following number of its voting ordinary shares of 6^79/86 pence each from Goldman Sachs International ("GSI") on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to instructions issued by LSEG on 05 August 2022 as part of its share buyback programme, as announced on 05 August 2022.
