London Stock Exchange Group Plc Announces Bond Issue

London Stock Exchange Group plc ("the Group") announces the successful issue of £250,000,000 9.125 per cent. bonds due 18 October 2019 ("the Bond").

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing short-term borrowings and to extend the debt maturity profile of the Group.

Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange to list and trade the Bond.

The bookrunners of this issue are Barclays Capital and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
