The London Stock Exchange Group and Refinitiv submitted commitments to EU antitrust regulators to allay concerns over its planned takeover of Refinitiv, according to a European Commission filing yesterday (Thursday, November 5).
The European Commission will now have until January 15, 2021 to make a decision. The previous deadline was December 16, 2020.
