London Metal Exchange Monthly Volumes - July 2003

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 6,467,220 lots in July 2003. This figure was made up of 6,146,960 lots of futures, 315,010 lots of options and 5,250 lots of TAPOs.

During the year to date 40,544,360 lots were traded of which 38,553,079 lots were futures, 1,850,393 lots were options and 140,888 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2002 35,208,347 lots were traded of which 33,681,431 lots were futures, 1,423,472 lots were options and 103,444 lots were TAPOs.
