London Metal Exchange Monthly Volumes - December 2003

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 6,174,989 lots in December 2003. This figure was made up of 5,786,185 lots of futures, 332,986 lots of options and 55,818 lots of TAPOs.

In 2003 72,308,327 lots were traded of which 68,570,154 lots were futures, 3,494,187 lots were options and 243,986 lots were TAPOs. In 2002 58,634,002 lots were traded of which 56,303,777 lots were futures, 2,199,110 lots were options and 131,115 lots were TAPOs.
