London Metal Exchange March 2003 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 5,977,426 lots in March 2003. This figure was made up of 5,718,581 lots of futures, 247,879 lots of options and 10,966 lots of TAPOs.

During the year to date, 17,119,168 lots were traded of which 16,246,266 lots were futures, 844,256 lots were options and 28,646 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2002 15,263,561 lots were traded of which 14,534,930 lots were futures, 668,183 lots were options and 60,448 lots were TAPOs.
