London Metal Exchange March 2001 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 5,300,392 lots in March 2001. This figure was made up of 5,055,086 lots of futures, 233,647 lots of options and 11,659 lots of TAPOs.

During the year 2001, 15,361,533 lots were traded of which 14,574,894 lots were futures, 751,951 lots were options and 34,688 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2000, 18,897,357 lots were traded of which 17,115,690 were futures, 1,595,298 were options and 186,369 were TAPOs.
