London Metal Exchange June 2001 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 4,893,572 lots in June 2001. This figure was made up of 4,627,921 lots of futures, 254,501 lots of options and 11,150 lots of TAPOs.

During the year 2001, 29,899,159 lots were traded of which 28,377,153 lots were futures, 1,461,802 lots were options and 60,204 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2000, 35,440,045 lots were traded of which 32,424,799 were futures, 2,784,750 were options and 230,496 were TAPOs.
