London Metal Exchange July 2001 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 4,885,566 lots in July 2001. This figure was made up of 4,534,589 lots of futures, 327,749 lots of options and 23,228 lots of TAPOs.

During the year 2001, 34,784,725 lots were traded of which 32,911,742 lots were futures, 1,789,551 lots were options and 83,432 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2000, 40,300,107 lots were traded of which 36,950,250 were futures, 3,106,321 were options and 243,536 were TAPOs.
