London Metal Exchange February 2003 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 5,471,526 lots in February 2003. This figure was made up of 5,157,140 lots of futures, 310,780 lots of options and 3,006 lots of TAPOs.

During the year to date, 11,141,742 lots were traded of which 10,527,685 lots were futures, 596,377 lots were options and 17,680 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2002 10,241,382 lots were traded of which 9,734,070 lots were futures, 459,622 lots were options and 47,688 lots were TAPOs.
