London Metal Exchange December 2001 Volume

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 4,428,193 lots in December 2001. This figure was made up of 4,225,373 lots of futures, 187,732 lots of options and 15,088 lots of TAPOs.

In 2001 59,413,250 lots were traded of which 56,224,495 lots were futures, 3,041,423 lots were options and 147,332 lots were TAPOs. In 2000, 66,455,247 lots were traded of which 61,413,076 were futures, 4,731,400 were options and 300,771were TAPOs.
