This notice (“Notice”) sets out the expectations and enforcement priorities of the LME on the identification and reporting of end client positions in Commodity Position Reports (“CPR”). It should be read in conjunction with LME Notice 26/121 dated 30 April 2026 (the “Decision Notice”).
