The Dalian Financial Development & Promotion Association was founded on 26 January 2011. At the first Members Meeting on the same day, President & CEO of Dalian Commodity Exchange Mr. Liu Xingqiang was elected the first Chairman of the association. Liu Xingqiang said that the association should make its due contribution to the prosperity of Dalian's financial industry.
