On 20 September 2022, Wuxi Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (“Wuxi Equipment”) (Stock Code: 001332) was listed on SZSE. To strictly implement the pandemic prevention requirements, an online listing ceremony was held with the assistance of SZSE.
With Wuxi Equipment getting listed, the number of companies listed on the SZSE Main Board grew to 1,500 and the total capitalization exceeded CNY 22 trillion. Wuxi Equipment publicly offered 20 million shares, including 20 million IPO shares offered at CNY 59.9 per share and raising funds of CNY 1,198 million. The post-public-offering share capital of WUXI EQUIPMENT is 80 million shares in total. Wuxi Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. principally engages in research and development, design, manufacturing and sale of metal pressure vessels, and provision of related technical services. In 2021, its operating income reached CNY 1,013 million with the net profit of 229 CNY million.
