The IPO consisted of a total offering of 133,334 shares, raising a total of EUR 508 thousand. Based on the price set for the opening, EUR 3.81 per share, the market capitalisation of the company reached EUR 3.6 million.
Reibel is Euronext’s 60th listing in 2005, the 9th on Euronext Brussels and the 3rd on Euronext Brussels’ Free Market. Since January, new listings on Euronext markets represented an additional EUR 100 billion in market capitalisation.
