The IPO consisted of a total offering of 167,000 shares, raising a total of EUR 1.50 million. Based on the price set for the opening, EUR 9 per share, the market capitalisation of the company reached EUR 6.9 million.
NewTree is the 66th listing on Euronext in 2005 and the tenth on Euronext Brussels during the year; it is also the fourth company listed on Euronext Brussels’ Free Market altogether. Since January, new listings on Euronext markets represented an additional EUR 104 billion in market capitalisation, with EUR 17 billion raised.
