Lindorff Lists Its First Bond Issue On Oslo Børs

Lindorff is a full-service European credit management service provider.

The company's subsidiary Lock AS has issued the bond loan –  Lock AS 14/20 FRN C – of NOK 1,680 million. This is a floating interest rate issue with interest of 3 month NIBOR + 5.75 % and maturity in August 2020. Goldman Sachs International, Deutsche Bank AG London and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S Markets are the managers for the issue.
