Euronext today congratulates LightOn, a leading European player in generative AI, for its listing on Euronext Growth in Paris (ticker code: ALTAI-FR).
LightOn is a pioneering European leader in generative artificial intelligence and the first pure-play generative AI company listed in Europe. LightOn solutions are tailored to the specific needs of businesses and the public sector, combining innovation in model creation, robust application interfaces, and seamless integration.
LightOn was listed through the admission to trading on 26 November of 6,006,966 ordinary shares making up its equity including 1,150,000 new shares issued under a Global Offering, after full exercise of the extension option and before the full exercise of the over-allotment option.
The admission and issue price of LightOn shares was set at €10.35 per share. Market capitalisation was €62 million on the day of listing. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised €11,9 million.
