LCH.Clearnet Limited (“LCH.Clearnet”), the global clearing house, today announced that Shona Milne and Stephen Compton have been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Shona has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She held a series of senior management roles in her 17-year career at Deutsche Bank, latterly as CFO Deutsche Bank Netherlands. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Shona had previously held positions at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte, where she started her career. Currently Shona holds directorships at Regents University, London; Director of Finance South East and, Treasurer and Trustee of Stonewall Equality, a UK based charity.
Stephen is currently Global Head of G10 Markets Treasury at Citigroup. He has held a number of senior roles across Citigroup’s European Rates business and started his career at Citibank London in 1989.
