Société Genérale is the first company to issue warrants on this index throughout Europe. The warrants will first be issued on the Spanish market and later on other European marketplaces. SG will issue 10 call warrants which will have an expiry date of between 13 and 22 months and strike prices ranging between 1100 and 2500. With this warrants issue on the FTSE Latibex TOP index, LATIBEX will offer investors a new way to access the market by using derivatives linked to the main stocks that make up the index.
