Latest NYBOT Seat Sale Up Nearly Twenty Percent

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today that a full seat sold for $650,000, $100,000 more than the previous sale of $550,000, set on January 24, 2006.

NYBOT, the world’s premier “soft” commodity exchange, has seen the sale of its seats hit a series of record highs over the previous three years. The Exchange has also experienced three years of record volume growth. A full seat at NYBOT allows the owner the right to trade all products at the Exchange.
