On 22 February 2021, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 60,000 euros on LA Muza Inversiones SICAV, S.A.
The sanction related to breaches of section 33 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). LA Muza Inversiones SICAV, S.A. failed to submit voting rights notifications within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
