KTG Energie AG is planning a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The bond, which has the ISIN DE000A1ML257, can be subscribed until 27 September. It has a volume of up to €25 million, runs until September 2018 and has an interest rate of 7.25 percent. The nominal denomination is €1,000.
Trading is planned to commence on 28 September 2012. Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG is the specialist.
“The KTG Energie AG bond will be the eleventh corporate bond this year to join the Entry Standard,” said Barbara Georg, Head of Listing & Issuer Services at Deutsche Börse. “Bonds in the Entry Standard are a simple and cost-effective financing alternative particularly for SMEs.”
According to information provided by the company the proceeds will be used for financing growth, particularly acquisitions. Headquartered in Hamburg, KTG Energie AG specialises in the production of green energy from renewable resources. The company operates biogas plants in Germany, covering the entire value chain from planning to construction and operation.
