On December 16, 2013, Korea Exchange (KRX) and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to pursue a continuing relationship for the mutual benefit of the financial services industry in Korea and Indonesia.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Kyungsoo Choi, Chairman & CEO of KRX and Mr. Ito Warsito, President Director of IDX. Based on the MOU, KRX and IDX will explore possible areas of cooperation including IT systems, derivative markets and exchange of information and personnel.
