| Korea Exchange (KRX) amended the Disclosure Regulations of KOSPI, KOSDAQ and KONEX markets on July 22 with the approval of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) as a follow-up of the Regulatory Reform for Corporate Disclosure by the FSC. The new regulation will be taken into action on Sep. 7, 2015* for KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets and July 27, 2015 for KONEX market. ※ For more details, please refer to the attached file. |
