KOSDAQ Stock Market Expanding Scope Of English Disclosure Service To Include Fair Disclosure

In order to meet foreign investors' needs for disclosure information, the KOSDAQ Stock Market will expand the scope of English disclosure service to include Fair Disclosure beginning from Jan. 2, 2004.

Until now English disclosure was available only for Timely Disclosure and Disclosure on Inquiry.

About English Disclosure

In April 2002, Kosdaq started the English Disclosure service for 132 listed companies accounting for almost 15% of the total number of listed companies. Since then, the number of English disclosures released was 1,326 or 3.1 on a daily average.
