Due to the freezing of the call interest rate and the stabilization policy of bond market, the trading volume of KTB futures contracts recorded a daily high of 129,819 contracts and reflected 95.3% of total trading volume on KOFEX. The last daily high was 112,991 contracts on October 11, 2001.
In addition, US Dollar futures and KOSDAQ50 index futures traded 4,875 and 1,534 contracts respectively.
