The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) at its meeting on 19 April 2016 approved the change on the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) through the appointment of Paweł Dziekoński as Vice President of the Management Board. The change on the GPW Management Board will take effect upon the delivery of the KNF decision to the Company.
The GPW Supervisory Board at its meeting on 16 March 2016 decided to appoint Paweł Dziekoński as Vice President of the Exchange Management Board.
Paweł Dziekoński
Paweł Dziekoński has an MA in Finance and Banking and a PhD from the Collegium of World Economy, Warsaw School of Economics.
He has extensive experience in the financial sector, the capital market, banking, and consulting. He was the Director of the Credit Products Department of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. responsible for mortgage banking, retail client, and SME and Mid-Cap financial instrument products units.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Paweł Dziekoński was Executive Director with Kredyt Bank S.A. responsible for SME and corporate credit product development, structured finance, and commercial real estate finance. He was Director of the Advisor Section at Deloitte.
Paweł Dziekoński was also an advisor in key projects on the Polish financial market commissioned by the National Bank of Poland and KNF. He specialises in financial instrument development and in regulatory issues.
