The KLP Boligkreditt AS lists its first bond issue on Oslo Børs today.
KLP Boligkreditt is a wholly owned subsidiary of KLP. The issuer’s objective is to acquire residential mortgage loans out of funds which are primarily raised by issuing covered bonds.
The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – KLP Boligkreditt AS 14/19 FRN COVD – is an issue of NOK 500 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month NIBOR + 0.25 %, with maturity in July 2019. DNB Markets is the manager for the issue.
