Key3Media Group And Pacific Century Cyberworks Ltd. Join Roster Of NYSE-Listed Stocks

In the week ended today, two companies joined the ranks of New York Stock Exchange-listed companies.

The common shares of Key3Media Group, headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif., began trading on Aug. 21 under the symbol KME. Key3Media owns and produces several large trade shows and conferences for the information technology industry, including the annual COMDEX show held in Las Vegas. The company, a spin-off of Ziff Davis, joins the NYSE as an initial public offering.

The American depositary shares of Pacific Century Cyberworks, headquartered in Hong Kong, began trading on a when-issued basis on Aug. 22 under the symbol PCW. Pacific Century Cyberworks, through its subsidiaries, provides broadband Internet services via satellite, invests in local and international information technology and Internet businesses, and develops the Cyber-port project with the government of Hong Kong. The company joins the Exchange as a non-U.S. initial public offering.
