Clearstream received higher scores that its main competitor in all nine service categories and Clearstream’s overall rating showed a marked increase on previous years. As a result, Clearstream receives the ‘top-rated’ award for ICSDs. The survey covers detailed analysis of service attributes including relationship management, technology, reporting, safekeeping and settlement and showed that in all nine categories of assessment, Clearstream has improved from previous years.
Matthias Ganz, Chief Operating Officer, Deutsche Börse Group said, “The significance of the level of improvement for Clearstream’s rating is an absolute measure of the effort and expertise that Clearstream has dedicated to enhancing its services to customers. We have much more that we want to achieve for them as we look into 2005. We have a continual program of service improvements planned for next year which will further extend our service capabilities.”
