With an extensive track record of driving people strategies in high-growth, fast-paced environments, Kelly will be instrumental in shaping the company’s culture, fostering engagement, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Kelly joins Rimes from her previous role as Chief People Officer at Luno, where she successfully scaled global teams, enhanced culture programs, and delivered significant improvements in employee engagement and retention. She has also held key leadership roles at WorldFirst and Stemcor, where she was critical in organizational transformations and talent development.
